Mandate and Roles

SOSWENSA’s roles as follows:

• Provide orientation and advice on issues related political, social, environmental and cooperation of development and sustainable humanitarian programs.
• Designate appropriate non-state actor representatives for the different phases of dialogue;
• Create body of development parties, whose advice is fed into the government’s National Technical and Consultative Organ (NTCO);
• Facilitate exchanges and consultations between different groups of non-state actors and help them develop their capacity as development partners.
